    • Yes, your membership can be used at any location at any time.

    • You can reach us using the contact form below or by emailing memberships@silvermirror.com directly. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. This process helps maintain an orderly system, preventing unintended adjustments to memberships without double-written confirmation and avoiding any errors. We assure you of a prompt response.

    • Facial credits remain active on your account for 90 days from the date they are accrued (bill date).

    • You can use facial credits for facials within your membership category. Additional credits accrued may be applied to add-on services, upgrades, or products.

    • Yes, you can transfer your facial credits to someone else once per year.

    • Our 30- and 50-minute memberships do not require a commitment, whereas Premium Memberships require a minimum commitment of nine months. After meeting these terms, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice by emailing memberships@silvermirror.com.

    • Memberships will be canceled within the week of the cancellation request. Please ensure to send cancellation requests at least 30 days prior to the date you are billed.

    • Cancellation forms are necessary in helping us understand the reason for your cancellation and helps us identify areas for improvement.

      Note: Submitting a cancellation form does not automatically cancel your membership.

    • Cancellations are a delicate process involving your financial commitment, so we only allow a few select team members to handle the process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and personalized attention.

    • Our packages are a way to enjoy a discounted price for prepaid services and are valid for up to a year. Facial packages are available in sets of 3, 5, or 10, offering discounts on facials but not on products or add-ons. For a more flexible option with added perks, consider signing up for a membership, which provides all the benefits without any commitment period.

    • You can upgrade or downgrade your membership. Please be aware that charges will apply on the date of your request. Rest assured, the amount incurred will be credited towards the commencement of your new membership month.
