All cancellations must be processed more than 24 hours prior to appointments.
Cancellations or no-shows after this point will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) cost.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that you can settle in, have a fresh beverage, and fill out a skincare questionnaire.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we may inadvertently charge you as a no-show or cancel your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) cost.
