We provide a full refund or store credit on new and unopened products within 10 days of purchase from physical locations.

Services

Gift Cards

Silver Mirror gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Unused balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Returns from Website

By Mail

If you are not satisfied with your unused and unopened product(s) within 10 days of receipt, please message us on our Silver Mirror Skincare Shop Contact Us with your order number and item(s) you would like to return. We will process your return and send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

To Our Shop

Please bring your unused and unopened product and receipt to any of our physical locations within 10 days of receipt. If products are unused and unopened. We are happy to issue you a full refund or store credit.
